Cute Duck Succulent Planter Pot with Drainage Tray, Small Yellow Ceramic Cactus Flower Container, Animal Shaped Indoor Air Plants Holder

I bought this for my son's room and when it arrived, I wasn't disappointed. It's everything what you thought it might be. I used this as a planter but be aware of a couple of things. A standard 2.5" growers' pot or nursery pot doesn't fit all the way inside. However, if you snip off the "lip" and top of the pot, it will fit in very nicely. However, if you do, be aware that you are reducing the pot's size. I don't really find that an issue as there are a ton of 2.5" succulents or tropical plants that already come in that size and will still flourish as most nursery pots are not filled to the brim with soil anyways. It's also good for cuttings if you were to propagate yourself. Depending on how low it sits, you might need to turn the plant every once a while as part of the mouth might block or shade it from the sun, depending on how tall your plant is. Another good thing about the 2.5" pots is that it doesn't sit on the bottom. Because of the structure of the inside of the Hippo, it will be suspended midway meaning that if you water directly into the Hippo, all the excess water will drain through and your plant will not sit in water and you won't have to worry about root rot. The Hippo does have a drainage hole, but I filled that with silicone because I didn't want water to drain through. For those planting directly into the Hippo, you can probably accomodate plants that are 4" pot size and you can have the water drain through to the saucer that comes with it.Very cute.

Very cute and comes in its own box. The tray is removable. I added a large rock over the drainage hole before adding dirt and the succulents. No crazing in the glaze when it gets wet; could be submerged.

This product is cute but it does not come with the collar that it was advertised to come With and that leaves it lacking. I hate being lied to in Amazon purchases. I was disappointed that the collar that was advertised did not come with it however the dog ceramic itself was fine.

My daughters love these! I got this very brave and oh so cute hippo! I also ordered the little piggy so he won’t be lonely☺️

This was a gift for someone who loves hippos ! I Planted a small succulent in it ! Has holes in bottom for drainage and came with wooden coaster that it sets on Well made, very cute

Very adorable plant holder. The quality is good, smooth, silky finish. Pure white. Perfect for a small plant. There is a drainage hole in the bottom and the whole planter sits in a bottom-size drainage catch plate. I love it!

Received item so little nice piece of a pot everybody loves it, but it arrived broken 😐😐 and I am not happy about it as it seems to have happen during manufacturing, I attached photo hope it can be seen

I had a dog-themed birthday party. I put a succulent in it and it was decoration and gift for the birthday girl. I can say the bells they gave me are tarnished and discolored. I didn't use them. But, it is much cuter with them. Recipient thought it was adorable.
