This is the baddest controller u can ever so dont buy this piece of garbage

I bought this product, expecting it to live up to the potential of its predecessor, however was disappointed at its durability. The quality has downgraded, with no scroll wheels on the back, the mute button doesn’t have that smooth feel and the LEDs aren’t as impressive. After using for a few months, it developed a fault where the left joystick would move sporadically when in a certain upwards position which, as any gamer will know, can be very problematic when moving around in almost any game. I contacted PDP themselves, expecting them to be helpful and reassuring, but was met with robotic instructions. My controller was (and still is) within its warranty - meaning that they should repair it for free, however after exchanging details back and forth explaining the problem, I was ignored. I messaged back about a month ago, and haven’t got a reply since. Whether this is because they don’t want to spend money fixing the controller that they guaranteed would work for another year, or they just think I am fooling around with them, this is completely unacceptable. Do not buy this product. It is made of cheap plastic, has unimpressive LEDs compared to the old ones, and, when it breaks (and it will) you will be ignored. Don’t waste your hard-earned money on such a product, unless you want to be borderline scammed and ignored by the company themselves.

Was not impressed wen my son come down telling me his controller "just stopped working" (i got the truth out of him dont worry) ordered this to replace broken one at about 10pm Thursday night. Delivery expected a week later i was grateful it would arrive that soon. I was so thankful they got it to us in less than 48 hrs. Highly recommend, thank you for saving my sanity.

Alors ? 14 heures ! C'est quoi ? Une aventure intense mais bien trop courte ! C'est le temps de vie de ma manette, l'Afterglow, avant de mourir ! Elle m'arrive à 10 heures ce matin, je joue avec d'un trait jusqu'à minuit. Et à minuit ? Je vois les diodes qui commencent à décliner en intensités et puis plus rien ! Un moment fort en émotion, je me suis fendu d'un : " Jamais je ne t’oublierai ! ", et PAF ! Demande de remboursement.Par contre ? Pendant 14 heures, j'ai eu une chouette manette. Je viens d'un pad 360 qui demande à être changé après 12 ans de guerre, plus de caoutchouc sur les sticks et un faux contact du fil. La manette officielle filière de la One n'est plus en stock donc je regarde les alternatives et pour 23 euros, je tombe sur cette manette. Alors je me dit : " Pourquoi pas ? ".Sur l'ergonomie, aucun problème. Elle est agréable, les boutons sont largement plus souples que ceux de ma manette 360. Je pense surtout à la croix directionnelle qui exige d'avoir des doigts d'alpiniste ! Car faut appuyer comme une brute alors qu'ici avec la manette de PDP, plus besoin de mettre une tonne de pression. Du coup ? J'étais au moins sur 4 étoiles d'intention. Pas de grippe mais le plastique n'est pas désagréable, même après 14 heures. Aucun problème sur le retour des gâchettes où des boutons. D'ailleurs j'adore les gâchettes ! Les sticks sont similaires à ceux de mon pad 360. L'ensemble est plus agréable que ma manette 360 officielle. Pourtant ! 14 heures à comparo des 12 ans de service de ma manette 360, désolé de la formule, mais ? C'est de la pisse !Quoi penser ? Je tombe peut-être sur une mauvaise série ? Ca arrive mais j'ai du mal à renouveler ma confiance dans le matériel proposé par PDP.

Do not buy this cheap tat spend £50 and get a legitimate controller it's not ergonomic makes your hands sweat and feels cheap and the sticks don't move around so well on top of that I've had this for nearly 2 months and already it won't turn on I have tried two usb cables and neither turn it on it may be look fancy and smart with the leds but that's to take your mind off the fact it feels cheap and on top of that there is nothing broken within the controller as it's clear so the usb ports must be dodgy.

I did like very much this controller as the build quality was better than I had experienced with the official xbox wireless controllers as the joy sticks would either fail or stick but this seemed more a lot more robust, unfortunately where this product disappointed was the power cable, unfortunately it has just given up on me after intermittently failing. It would appear that it is losing connection in the wire plug not where it connects to the controller itself but further down the cable where it enlarges. Otherwise this was a great controller, the lights were a novelty but great in the dark, looked cool and was hard waring compared but now I have to buy yet another controller and all because the power cable wasn't strong enough. Shame
