A Scientific Approach
This book doesn't necessarily talk much about 'management' in the sense of being a manager and dealing with a creative team so much as it talks about creativity and how it is perceived and how that leads to misconceptions about how people react to 'creative types'. It's also very 'scientific' and by that I mean that each chapter the author posits something and then reasons his way to the last paragraph where he restates his hypothesis. But overall, a good read.

This was a required book for an organization creativity course. It was not one of my favorites. I just was not able to connect to it in a way I had hoped.
