Why 4? well I like the fabric cover to protect me but sometimes stepping in the middle of the band leaves you a little short in range of motion BUT you can adjust or should I say slide the cover a bit to get the full range. A standard band without protection would really be a 3 because you'd be overpaying for surgical tubing without any protection. Get either the outer sleeve or the ones with an inner rope core...but maybe first figure out the right weight lol and but a new one once you need it ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well worth the $$$ *by J***T on Reviewed in the United States on December 15, 2019* Well constructed and plenty of resistance no matter what resistance Weight you choose. Choose a workout app and follow a program. They also have a strap to purchase that traps itself in a door jamb to place the strap in for different exercises. I don't reccomend going with cheap brands that will eventually over time snap and cause injuries. Great product to use anywhere inside or outside the home when your on the go.
