My Mom asked me to help her search for a birthday gift that my Aunt would love. Something meaningful, sentimental and over all 'a gift worth a thousand and 1 words' to say the least and after nearly a week of careful searching, I finally found it! We are both so pleased with this purchase! I specifically love the fact this figure has no facial features because it was very hard to find one that looked like both my Mother and my Aunt together, especially since they look completely opposite and every single 'sister' figurine or ornament I was coming across had the same colored eyes and hair. As soon as I saw this in person, I felt like it was worth more than what I paid for as well. When I think of art, I think of something like this. Like paintings where the faces are harder to make out or not there at all. This also looks exactly like the picture and exact size we both were expecting. No bad surprises upon opening the box, which also comes with a mini "My Sister My Friend" card for you to sign so be mindful when opening the box because ours fell to the floor and I almost threw it away in the garbage thinking it was apart of packing material. Whoopsies! My Aunt is going to be teared up when she opens this...Good tears though. Mission accomplished! I absolutely am in love with the Willow Tree company because I find their figurines have such sentimental value. If you havent checked out other figurines they offer, I highly suggest you do because their are a lot and many great ones you can sit and debate which you want first. I am going to buy my mother several this coming Christmas. My father passed away from cancer a few years ago and when I saw the mother, father and child, the pregnant woman with the man and the others of the man and woman by themselves, I nearly fell apart. I cant wait for Christmas now. Thank you Willow Tree and Amazon!!

I was pleasantly surprised at the figurines. It’s for the 80th birthday 🎂 of my best friend.

I have a small collection of Willows and each one were given to me during a time that symbolized something near and dear to my heart. My Willows hold a lot of sentimental value to me. My sister in law is the only girl out of 5 children. I started dating her brother when him and I were only 16 years old; she was 10. I have literally watched her grow up into the amazing, beautiful young woman she is today. She recently asked me to be her matron of honor, saying that I was the sister she never had! Hello water works! I bought this for her as a bridal shower gift. I was having a hard time trying to figure out what to get her when I stumbled onto this! BINGO! Although the shipping was expected the next day (Friday) and the shower was on Saturday, by the grace of God, it arrived Saturday morning! I had my item in two days and in just enough time!

Beautiful and meaningful decor. It came packaged securely. It has a pretty solid weight so it is good quality. It fit perfectly on my display tray on my living room end table. These figurines are a little pricey but worth it.

My mom absolutely loved this figurine. I gave it to her for my day of wedding gift. It brought tears to both or ours guys and is something she can set out for forever rather than slippers she’ll wear for one day.
