Relax-Eze Extract - Dr. Christopher - 2 oz - Liquid

I’ve used this for over a year and it has helped me so much. Helps my immune system too. Beware though if you start to take this and your menstrual cycle becomes extremely heavy. This happened to one of my family members using this. The black cohosh can increase menstrual bleeding. It was fine for me but maybe for some it wouldn’t work.That being said this herb combo has literally saved my life. I’m grateful for it.Another tip: the valerian root in it actually gives me insomnia if I take this right before bed. So I usually take a morning dose and then an afternoon dose like around 3-5 pm and then I sleep just fine.Keep that in mind. Everyone is different with different reactions so maybe valerian root will be good for you right before bed.The tincture is spicy but hold it under your tongue for 45 seconds then swallow and it’s not as spicy and then drink a sip of eater to wash down the spice. Swallowing pills is hard for me so using the spicy tincture is great for me.

Really works, and quickly too. Doesn't make me sleepy, but definitely calms, so it's fine to use anytime, day or night. Great product!

I bought this for my tween daughter for anxiety. We were really surprised that it took the tension away in her stomach that she felt all the time. It will also take away the glob feeling in her throat (globus pharengeus) sometimes too! We were so happy! And yes her anxiety improves greatly on this as well. I do not want to run out of this stuff ever!

I bought this thinking it would be more effective than the pills. It was awful. It has the nastiest taste. Now I can get past a taste that goes away, but the burning was not as easy to ignore. Nothing to help me relax should cause me anxiety about taking it. I’m not taking something that burns and tastes nasty. I’ll go back to the actual capsules.

Works very well. I am a large man and have to double my doses. At least two droppers full but with regular use I have noticed a great decrease in tension and anxiety.

good price great product does the job when getting anxious and feel panic creeping in rather take herbs that work than drugs with worse side effects

There is not one single item made under the Dr. Christopher label that is not therapeutic. On general principles I would like it.However, this one is special. It helps with the condition as promised

Does nothing for me. The liquid burns my throat. No help with relaxing and no help with sleep. It tastes terrible and made me gag. However I kept trying it hoping it would help me relax and sleep. It never helped. And now I’ve waited to long to return it.
