Ever-Pretty Women's Cap Sleeve Ruched Lace Round Neck Chiffon Formal Evening Gowns 09993-US

I ordered this dress in purple size 12. My boyfriend was a groomsman in his best friend's wedding and I wanted to wear something a bit more dressy to match his formal attire. This dress was perfect and very pretty! Pros: My measurements are 42, 32, 43 and I am 5' 9". I typically wear a size 12 pant and 34I bra. *The dress was fitted across the shoulders, bust, and waist; however, it was not tight. I had enough room to dance, walk, and sit without feeling I was going to burst seams! *The skirt was loose and flowing along my hips and reached to the floor. The inner lining was more fitted, but still allowed for dancing! *The lace on top has a sheer lining with cap sleeves that were not too tight. I thought the lining would be visible and an issue; but no one noticed it except me because I knew it was there. *The lace is in a pretty pattern and the small crystals attached to it added just a touch of sparkle without going over board! I did not wear a necklace with the dress; I think it would have distracted from the top. Cons: *The lace is not cut even across the top. I like things to be symmetrical, so (at first) it bothered me that the top was uneven. Having said that, it did not look odd in any of the pictures and I received many complements on the dress. *The lace was slightly restrictive (little to no give) when you stretch your arms straight up over your head. I was able to hook the closure on the back of the dress myself and honestly did not notice the restrictiveness until I went to do the YMCA. It wasn't bad enough that I could not participate, however, I could definitely tell my range of motion was limited. *I loved the length, yet I could see it being an issue for someone not as tall. If you are on the shorter side, you may have to have it altered or buy heels. Over all, I loved this dress. It has a simple yet elegant look. I wish I had several more fancy occasions to attend so I could wear it again!

This dress is exactly as pictured, fits mostly true to size, maybe a little small in the chest. The colors are even nicer in person than in the pictures (I ordered the dark green, teal, dark purple, and light green). It arrived with some wrinkles that will need to be steamed out before the event. The fabric is lovely, not too heavy, but it feels like a quality dress. The top is lined with a sheer fabric so the lace isn’t itchy or uncomfortable. Shipping was faster than expected, and returning the colors I didn’t keep was very easy.

Gorgeous bridesmaid dress! But I feel it runs a little small in the waist. I am large busted (40G) and 5'6" tall, normally wearing a size 14. I purposely ordered a size up to accomodate my bust, fully expecting the waist to be too big. However, the bodice fit me well and the waist was a bit snug. It won't be a problem when I wear shapewear underneath, but I'm glad I sized up. It's very long even with heels, and will probably need to be hemmed and ironed due to wrinkles from shipping. I definitely recommend going up a size if you are large busted or wide waisted. The lace is beautiful even with the mesh, which fortunately matches my skintone, so you cannot see the mesh on me. The lace is a bit scratchy and uncomfortable on the back of my arm, but tolerable for 1 night. Overall, I love the dress and feel it is a good value for the cost.

I'm reviewing each of these dresses (see a list of them at the end): About me: 5” 2 tall / weigh about 152 pounds / bust - 94 cm (37” ) / waist - 82 cm (33” ) / hip - 110 cm (43” ) / shoulder - 40 cm (16” ) / floor length - 143 cm (57” ) Size - I ordered this and the dress fits well. I use US size 8 or 10 or medium; It's really an beautiful dress...it fits so nicely and I just love the lacey detail...it makes the dress look much more expensive. It's very feminine and makes wonders for your figure; the only negative side is that the lacey part is really scratchy! The fabric they used on the boton of the lacey is very harsh and make feel very uncomfortable...and when you take the dress out is also very scratchy...having to be with the dress for a long period made me decided for another model since I would not be able to stand the itching...it's a pity...such a beautiful dress and not so cheap! The length is a little long so I will have to hem since I do not to use high heels. I thought the dress was very pretty and made well. I read a lot of the reviews before ordering. What I want to point out is, I feel Ever-Pretty reads the reviews and is responsive to the comments which means a lot of the negative comments no longer apply. Here is why. ** In reviews: the bodice caves in between the breasts. FIXED - my dress did not do that and it felt like they put interfacing inside so that won't happen. **In reviews: several different complaints about the netting under the lace - doesn't match skin tone, itchy, etc. FIXED - my dress had netting the same color as the lace so people of any skin tone could wear it. It was not itchy, in fact I didn't even notice it and I had to go back and look to see it there was netting. **In reviews: there were issues with the button on the lace and suggestions of a hook and eye. FIXED: my dress had a hook and eye and it worked well and was easy. **In reviews: the lace was not carefully cut out and there were strings hanging from it on the edges. FIXED: the lace was cut carefully and looked nice. My review: It is a very comfortable dress. Had it been the dress my daughter wanted me to wear as the mother of the bride, I would have been happy in it. I ordered a green dress, which was a beautiful emerald green. In my photo I stood next to grass (on a mat to keep it clean) so you can get a better idea of the color. It was long on me, but I'm 5'2". I tried it on with 4" platform sandals and it could have used about a 1/2" hem, not bad. I probably would not have hemed it. The dress was well made. I would not hesitate to purchase a dress from Ever-Pretty. DO make sure you use their size chart and take a breath. You will most likely need to order a bigger size than you are used to wearing. It's okay - you are beautiful and the numbers are just for a point of reference, not a commentary on your body. =) I wear a size med., 8 sometimes 10. I ordered a size 12 in this dress.

I wore this as my wedding dress. I purchased it when I was a few pounds lighter, but it still zipped up and fit comfortably. It felt light, and I did not have any issues with it being see-through (though I did wear white body shaping bottoms underneath as an extra safety measure). It has a built in padded bra, so I did not need to wear a bra with the dress (which is nice, since that meant there was no bra strap to disrupt from the beauty of the dress). I’m 5’2, and it was just a little long for me (it covered my shoes and I had to hold up my dress as I walked down the aisle). I think I was around 130lbs in these photos.

For those like me who love a size reference...I am 5'3", 150 lbs, bust 32GG, typically size 6-8. I ordered a size 10 and it fit perfectly, no alterations. Ladies with a large bust...this dress did NOT disappoint! Believe it or not, I did not need to wear a bra with this dress. Never, and I mean NEVER have I been able to wear anything without a bra. The structure of this dress actually held me up and was supportive. Not once did I have to adjust. I was amazed! I also loved that there was a netting that backed the lace so it was never itchy. I wore 2-3" heels and the dress barely skimmed the ground. I didn't get pictures of the back of the dress, but it was gorgeous. I loved how this accentuates the waist. I got several compliments and would definitely recommend. **I also ordered the orange but sent it back. It was more of a pumpkin orange and not a fall-type burnt orange. Definitely not worth twice the price. **No weird "dimple" as other reviews have claimed. **Definitely more red than burgundy. Not the same color as the one in the picture.

Very pretty dress ! It fits a little weird on the bust though and fitted on the torso and arms. I'm 5'4 145lbs 36b and I first purchased the 8 and it was tight around my torso. The bust fit well but I didn't want to feel uncomfortable for the wedding I'm attending so I exchanged it for a 10. The 10 fits really well but the bust is a little big. Its also a little uncomfortable around the arms. It's also not an extremely long dress which is nice. I've purchased some dresses on Amazon and they're sooo long! I did have to pay $12 to have the dress exchanged so that sucked. I have prime I should have returned and purchased the 10. The girl I emailed, Rosemarie, was really nice and did have the size 10 shipped out to me fast since I needed the dress before 07/22. She said they shipped on the 18th and I got it today the 20th. But again I have prime and could have had free 2 day shipping :/ Overall the dress is very pretty and color is beautiful. Great customer service. I will def buy dresses from them again. I'll edit my post and add some pics next week
