These are yummy, I use them for quick energy on long hikes! My husband and I used them while training for the Rim to Rim Grand Canyon hike and while completing the hike. They were small and easy to pack in our bags.

Tasty product, but the energy must be subtle since I don't feel an energy surge like if I had a cup of coffee or energy drink. That may be a plus since coffee or energy drinks can lead to a feeling of hitting a wall when the caffine wears off.

I recently hiked Half Dome and these saved me I swear. For whatever reason I was so nauseated the entire hike. I couldn't eat anything. By the time we got to the top I was pretty fatigued. I finally got to where I could eat and I was so glad I had these. I physically felt the energy boost and they got me off the mountain. I'd definitely take these on any big hike! Loved them!!

These are great for camping and hiking trips! I recently went on a trip and these were perfect to keep in my backpack on those longer hikes! They taste so good and give me the boost of energy I need!

Love the taste of these. So much better for long runs than gels. Being able to eat one or a couple at a time means easier digestion and doesn’t dry your mouth out. They’re go-to nutrition for me on training runs and ultra marathons.

I love the grapefruit flavour. I’m a type 1 diabetic and use these to raise my blood sugar
