I use a GLP and sometimes the night of my injection I’d wake up and throw up. I’ve changed some things around, but every now and then get a wave of nausea in the middle of the night and these mints have made me feel so much better. They work fast and last a long time. They taste really good, like a regular peppermint, but I swear work better than regular mints (that I’ve tried and it hasn’t helped). I got one bag in August and it’s now January and I am buying my second. If you struggle with feeling nauseous after a GLP, give these a try. They do have sugar in them, BUT I haven’t throw up since using them when I feel a little queasy.
