It may look nice. but it isn't user-friendly at all and turns ...
This phone is a piece of trash. It may look nice. but it isn't user-friendly at all and turns off all the time for no reason. Then you have to wait quite a while to do anything on the phone again for it to reboot after it turns off. It turns off in the middle of texting a message all the time. And it doesn't even save the text message so if it was a really long message you have to redo all of it. DON'T GET THIS PHONE. My phone has also called 911 multiple times when it is just sitting in my pocket. I'm telling you. If you're considering getting this phone go look somewhere else. you'll thank me.

Product arrived in better than expected condition EXCEPT for the battery being unchargeable (which was not mentioned by seller)
Product arrived promptly with the following conditions: near brand new keyboard keys and front buttons, near brand new screen, good condition back cover (sticker residue present,) and finally the battery was not functional. What aggravates me is that nowhere did the seller mention that the battery was not functional. I happen to have an existing battery from the same model on the phone I was replacing this with so in the end this is okay, but still something like that needed to be mentioned specifically. I have to be clear, though: the quality of the rest of the phone makes up for this issue because it's seriously like nobody ever used the keyboard, which is the primary reason I needed another model of this phone. I actually would recommend this seller for this reason, but I can not give a full five stars for the reason mentioned earlier.

Great phone, but may be outdated.
The sliding QWERTY keyboard. The ease of adding contacts.

This model is NOT senior friendly as I was led to believe .
This model is NOT senior friendly as I was led to believe . I waited over 2 weeks for its arrival pushing a time sensitive transition required with gb cell towers comparability. The key pad is minimally small, the screen also. The Qwerty board defies arthritic fingers. If you have presbyopia and /or restricted digital acuity, I' recommend continue surfing !OH I might I add, my return was verified to the seller 8 days ago. I still do not see my refund!!!

Shuts off while texting - regularly
So I have two of these phones and they both continually shut off for no reason. My sons are getting pretty tired of it. It's not a bad phone for a teenager that doesn't need to have a smart phone with social media options, but it is very annoying to have it shut off ALL the time on its own. Think twice before buying this one.

Vendor ripped me off!
Horribe customer service. Phone just "exploded" after one month, vendor asked if I dropped in or had in water (I dropped once, but having had bought this model several times before, this type of phone tends to last a year before breaking even if dropped). Furthermore, there are other vendors selling this "new" phone (which actually T-Mobile discontinued, so it is bordering on false advertising not to mention this fact) for half the price that this vendor sold it to me for-quite the rip off!

Not that great
I really liked the original Sparq cell phone because of the keypad that flips out. I hate texting so it works great for me. Although the keypad on this one looks nicer it is not as easy to use especially if you like to use punctuation. There's these annoying icons that keep appearing at the top of the screen when you use different things that I don't know how to remove. The battery life is not as good either although not terrible. The camera is terrible as well. It is an okay phone for a dumb phone but I think I will be looking for another one soon.
