No way would I trust using it in food and consuming it. Arrives in a basic zip loc bag with absolutely no information about ingredients / how much to use etc. it could be anything in there; it looks like seller has just spooned in some random powder which could be anything, including something toxic or not fit for consumption. I received two powder food colours by PME at the same time and these were in a jar and properly packaged with ingredients - and they were less than half the price. Amazon - you shouldn’t let sellers send out products that would not meet the most basic health and safety requirements. To make matters worse, the product can’t be returned, so the seller gets away with selling random powder that they have just spooned into a bag.
