Good tacks. They grip well, size is right and they are sturdy and a good value.

Nice value and pretty much the same construction that has been used for hundreds of years. The consistency could be better hence taking away one star. In each box I have discarded approximately 2% to 5% because of irregular shapes -- too short, missing heads, heads off-center, etc. They grip well and I expect they will resist oxidation (rust) for centuries. For authentic reupholstery and restoration of furniture made prior to the era of staples, these are good and I will use them again.

These upholstery tacks were just what I needed to attach Shaker tape to an old Shaker style rocking chair that I restored.

They are small than expected and keep hurting my fingers try to hammer them in but on hammered in, they work fine.

Using to stretch an art canvas. Better than staples.. sharp... strong... works great!
