We were very disappointed about this and our first thought was "this is not granite".Since we were on a tight remodeling time frame, we installed the vanity only to realize that the include backsplash is about an inch too short. We called Ove Decors customer service in Quebec and were basically shown the finger over the phone: "No, we can't guarantee that you get a counter top like in the product photo", "no, we can't ship you a replacement counter top, because we don't stock them and they break when we ship them" and "no, you can't remove the pre-glued counter top of the vanity because it voids warranty."Regarding the backsplash we were told that "we should send a photo" but it was implied in the conversation that "they are all short." Furthermore we were informed that side splashes are not available but we could buy a backsplash and then cut it ourselves ("that's what all customers do").The cabinet itself is nicely made but I would not recommend this product nor am I willing to buy another product from Ove Decors.I'll attach a photo of the "short" backsplash and our "beautiful pitch black granite" that looks like plastic so you can judge yourself.... ### ⭐ DO. NOT. BUY! *by C***4 on Reviewed in the United States on September 30, 2020* What I received was obviously a vanity that had been used and returned. Ove Decors agreed after my sending them photos, that the granite was in bad shape...dull, worn, marked. However, they would not agree to replace it. They asked me to get a quote for having it refinished. There are no companies in my area to do this, not that I should have to go through this with a brand new $900 vanity. Also, and I would have lived with this, all of the nail holes on the sides stand out like sore thumbs. Looks like they were filled in with putty that doesn’t take stain color. I am absolutely disgusted with this entire vanity. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great looking wood vanity, top slightly hard to keep clean, still really nice for the money *by T***H on Reviewed in the United States on January 18, 2017* Cabinet looks great, well made, and looks good with a brushed nickel fixture set. I did have to seek out replacement drawer and door pulls in brushed nickel, but found them easily. A fine idea would be to just sell this cabinet with options for door-pulls. Still, though, not bad. Only negative (if you can call it that) is that it's kind of a pain to keep the countertop clean because it's black--really, really black.
