If you want a large canvas that offers good gradient, quality base and guaranteed smoothness, go for Skyhawk stretched canvas.

Good wooden frame, good quality linen but a little short on the priming. There were some gaps and gashes, but it's not a deterrent since I prime my canvases anyway. Also since it was such a large canvas, it probably experiences a few bumps during the delivery process. But I have consistently received good canvases from Skyhawk and would recommend them. Also if it is loose, spray water on the back in a fine mist and wipe it off with a clean cloth - it will restretch it perfectly.

Poor quality frame. The frame is havily curved on one side. Even the canvas is not stretched properly.

The canvas was a little bent and the wooden board running through the center came off but it the quality is good, the black is very opaque and well stretched. I ordered a 36"*36" so it may not be suitable for beginners but definitely value for money

Was skeptical before ordering this, since it's a large size canvas there was chances of it being damaged in transit but thankfully it arrived in perfect condition and i couldn't have been happier to receive it.

The canvas is beautiful, just like an artist's dream

The canvas turned out really nice!! Although I felt it was a bit expensive compared to my previous purchases.
