NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP Super Fat Eye Marker, Liquid Eyeliner, Carbon Black

This is pretty great stuff! I never wear eye liner because it runs and smears and looks like hell after about an hour. But this stuff stays put! No running, smearing - it's pretty sweet. I bought it based on the good reviews it had. The most expensive bit of makeup I've ever bought and I will buy another one.The only drawback is that it went dry after about 2 months. I don't wear eye liner that often so I was a little disappointed that it didn't last longer but that's not a big deal. It works, it works well and I can buy another one!

I am able to keep a steadier hand with a thicker base to hold. The thinner ones seemed to jump around more. Stays on nicely too.

I have been buying Eyeko eyeliner for awhile and loved it but not the price. I'd rather spend my money on designer brand eyeshadows or lipstick. Eyeliner, not so much. So when I saw this NYX eyeliner that looked exactly like the Eyeko I'd been buying but at least $10 cheaper, I thought I'd give it a try. I have only been using it about a week but it is very smooth, easy to apply, and similar to what I loved about the Eyeko brand. I can say that Eyeko can be used for a really long time without drying out which has been a problem in the past with other liquid eyeliners I've bought. So only time will tell if NYX has the same lasting power. Day to day wear, it's fantastic for the price. I read reviews that it smudges or needs to be reapplied but that hasn't been my experience. I think you pretty much always need to wear either a good eye primer or eyeshadow under liquid eyeliner or it is likely to fade or smudge. So perhaps that is the problem others are running into with this liner, not an issue with the liner itself

This eyeliner works great and is probably the best eyeliner that I've ever used. It's super easy to use and lasts all day (and night) for me. I like to wear thick, dark, eyeliner and usually have to clean up around my eyes when applying but with this eyeliner I can draw a perfect thick line on the first try. However, the marker itself only works well for 2-3 weeks. First it appeared to begin to dry up and then the tip kind of busted. Though I do plan to keep buying it (for me the few weeks of use that I do get out of it, and the price, make it worth while), I am very disappointed in the lifespan of the product.

This pen eyeliner is awesome. It applies on super dark and easy. I've used these eyeliner types before, this one stays dark all day/evening. It also goes over eyeshadow really well. Lines stayed clean and defined. Love it, will continue to buy this product. I do place it over the cream elf brand eyeliner tho. (Elf will fade a little bit throughout the day.) And this one clarifies keeps up the look. Highly recommend.

I would say that the look of this is like when you are using a pencil eyeliner that's not too pigmented but it is not bad either. I mean, I have to go over twice so it looks deep enough, the application is a little stiff and slower than with a liquid eyeliner if you want to do a thin line because if you go over faster you get a thicker one. It hasnt dried as many other people say in here, maybe is because im cautious with it and i dont let it open for too much time.The reason why i give this kind of a 3.5 stars rating is because it is easy to apply because of the "marker" point and the bulky body that it has, gives you more control while you are grabing it. But it can smudge, there's better eyeliners out there with more pigmentation. In general I wouldnt repurchase this but I'll probably use it till is dried.

I was afraid to buy this because other felt tipped eyeliner pens I have dried out so quickly, but this one is like having a brand new sharpie each and every time you use it - and yes, it goes on that dark and solid as well! I also thought that maybe it would be too thick but it has a pointed tip that makes it easy to get a thin or thick line, depending on what you want and how you apply it. This is the only liner I use now, and I LOVE it!

This marker does NOT work! I tested it out on my hand and it is dry as if it's been already used! I am very disappointed. Not sure if I was sent a fake or what but the packaging looks nothing like the picture either.
