This is the best Gluten free Maszto ball mix I've had! My kid made the Matzo balls, and I paired it with a nice homemade chicken bone broth soup. perfect!!

Very enjoyable. Needed to get a fix without the Gluten. This did the trick. Solid, yet fluffy. Absorbed the soups flavor with out breaking apart. Great buy.

The product is great, except 3 of the 6 boxes went rancid within 10 months. They were purchased October 2023, and went rancid by August 2024 with expiration dates of May 2025. I will never purchase these online from this supplier again as I don't know the circumstances that caused them to go bad so fast.

Made some for a large family dinner, I let my balls rest a bit longer than recommended. A good 25 minutes helps them get the right texture. Then you ease them into the bubbling broth bath as normal!I’ve also experimented with adding fresh ground herbs for a little fragrance and flavor. The balls hold up well to experimentation.

This is the first time I’ve tried gluten-free matzo ball soup, and it was delicious. I might even like the gluten-free matzo balls more than the regular ones! But it is important to note that there is no soup mix packet in this box, only the matzo balls. I should have known better, I just didn’t pay enough attention. But this is super delicious!
