GOOD & PLENTY Licorice Fat Free, Candy Boxes, 6 oz (12 Count)

Hubby bought me a 12 pack of these not too long ago and I was doing a happy dance because I am one of those "weird" people that love black licorice!!!! Thankfully, these were fresh-tasting and soft; not stale as I was worried about after reading some of the reviews left here. However, I did not leave them in the cardboard box after opening but instead transferred them to a resealable glass jar.These are the same yummy candy I grew up with and that familiar pink & white colored licorice are just as I remembered.

These are delicious. They are fresh and sealed in plastic. Arrive as expected. I've already ordered a few times and i'll be ordering more!

Look, I’ll be honest—Good & Plenty tastes like a dare someone lost. It’s like licorice and Pepto-Bismol had a baby and named it “Regret.” I personally wouldn’t eat these unless I was being paid, chased, or on a reality show.BUT—I bought five pounds of these pink and white little chalky capsules of chaos for a baby shower “Guess How Many” game. Turns out the answer is a terrifyingly specific 2,297 pieces. That’s right. I counted.They worked perfectly for the game. They’re eye-catching, non-melty, and just suspicious enough that no one was tempted to sneak a handful when no one was looking. But the whole jar went home to a happy Mom to Be who loves them.Would I eat them? Absolutely not.Would I buy them again for gifting or party décor? Oh, you bet.10/10 for aesthetic and bulk candy intimidation.0/10 for flavor

GOOD & PLENTY Licorice Fat Free, Candy Boxes, 6 oz (12 Count)- I like these but I get tired of buying them sometimes at the store and when I open them, they're old and hard.- I opened a box after delivery the other day and the candies were SO soft. I've NEVER gotten them like that before. What a delight. I didn't even know they could be that soft.

If you Love Black Licorice, You'll love the Taste. Texture of this Product is Consistent. Color Doesn't Matter to me, They all Could be purplish, and I would still eat them 💯💜

I have ordered this candy several times. Every so often, rather rarely, it comes stale but I suspect it’s the cardboard boxes as opposed to the age of the candy that causes it to go stale quickly. The chewability otherwise is just fine. The taste remains as yummy as it always has been. I zap the box in the microwave for 5 seconds when it is too hard and that makes the box enjoyable! I recommend the product because, like I said, the hardness is rare!

Tastes wonderful and fresh

I order these periodically, and this batch of boxes arrived fresh and soft. I don’t mind when they don’t, as I like hard licorice, and with vines, will open a bag just so they can harden up before eating them. I do have to say this batch has a chemical taste without any licorice flavor. I thought perhaps it was my COVID taste buds because sometimes things don’t taste right to me, but after finishing a handful, a weird film was left in my mouth. Are they spraying something at Amazon facilities that leaches into foodstuffs, as I recognize this same flavor and leftover thick film from other items I’ve ordered in the past. It can’t be the licorice boxes, as not every order of this has an issue.
