I’m not sure when I discovered this mascara but I believe it was because I needed some at the time and the ULTA store near my home was closed. I ran into my neighborhood CVS and was looking for a good lengthening mascara. I purchased this MILANI brand and used it the next morning. I was very pleased with how this mascara lengthened and thickened my eyelashes without having to apply multiple layers of it! It did not irritate my eyes in any way; I do tend to be a bit sensitive with some mascaras. It held up all day long- for an 8hr-a-day working gal my lashes stayed ‘on-point’ and as full as they were when I applied the mascara early that morning. This has been my go-to mascara now ever since! And- luckily finding it on AMAZON I was able to have it directly shipped to my daughter to try—who incidentally loves it, too! Fantastic product and great quality for the price! Try it & you’ll be hooked, too!

I don't much in the way of lashes, and what I do have are light. My lashes have always done best with a thick brush and Milani Highly Rated Mascara has a thick brush. It fills in my lashes and makes it look like they are long and thick. I have tried a lot of mascaras trying to find just the right one, and this one is it!

It is a nice mascara just very wet so it can get a bit messy. But love the thick bushy brush. I have very sensitive skin and had no reaction to this product.

My new favorite mascara. Doesn’t leave it clumpy even if you apply more than once. I naturally have long lashes and this made it look like I had false ones on.

I’ve been using this mascara for years and it’s still the best on the market at its price point. It makes my lashes long, volumized, full, and doesn’t smudge. People often think I am wearing falsies and it doesn’t even take that many coats to achieve that effect.

I bought this on a recommendation of the YouTube channel Graceful Beauty. It applies very nicely and made my lashes look fantastic. Long and separated. I really loved it on first application. BUT there's no happy ending. As the day goes on, this transfers to my upper and lower lids. I tried several times thinking maybe it was just a bad makeup application day, but no. This is how it behaves on me. No bueno. That's a deal breaker, so I'm sticking with my Covergirl Lash Blast in the orange tube. It's cheap and reliable. To be fair, I have somewhat deep-set eyes and dry skin to which I apply heavy moisturizers, so someone else with a different situation may have better results.

This is the only drugstore mascara I have ever tried that doesn't flake throughout the day. I have very oily skin and it doesn't leave any residue so I don't end up with having racoon eyes after 8 hours.

Great quality mascara. Leaves my lashes looking fuller and longer. It stays on all day!

I waited over a month fir this mascara and never usually sway from my old faithful Mascara, but thought I would try it. I wish I hadn't wasted my money! It's thick, clumpy, has massive fallout and does NOT give you volume or length. Fortunately for me I have natural long eyelashes so with Mascara, it looks like I'm wearing false eyelashes. I'll stick to MF ..... don't waste your money

The mascara itself is great but I got "sample not for sale" version which is half size of the full version. For this money I am really not happy about it.
