Any info on whether this comes from a 100% grassfed source?

The San Giovanni Il Parco buffaloes are fed with 100% Natural NON-GMO straw, hay and alfalfa. This information was acquired directly from the farmers themselves. I hope this helps.

How is this packed? Wooried about it not in proper temp

I just had a package of this delivered to my house. The packs of cheese are bloated and warm it contained only 1 medium size soft ice pack. It was packed in a flimsy insulated foil bag. Not eating it. Afraid of spoiled cheese.

What is the shelf life of this cheese?

I received 3 and used 1 immediately. It was good and creamy but lasted about a week. The others I froze and when thawed it lasted a little over a week but lost some taste.
