The Jersey is made of what appears to be high quality fabric similar to football jersey fabric. There is very little stretch, but the fabric is thick and seems durable. The patches are sewn on vs. ironed on, and the detail and color are great! This jersey is true to size, and fits as expected of a sports jersey. I'm 5'9", 172 lbs, and the large fit me just right. I don't think the jersey is intended to be worn with football pads. It is best to be worn for cosplay or for a fan of the movie on a cool day. Just keep in mind the fit for this jersey is not compression or stretch, rather, it is best for a person who likes to wear looser fit clothing.
