I just finished installing this product this week. So far this product works well and improves the safety of moving things into my storage area. No longer have to carry things up the attic ladder.The installation was a little more difficult than I expected. Assembly of the lift was not a problem but due to the style of the 1x12 floor joists I needed the help of a carpenter to figure how to properly box in the opening to support the unit.

I am sure this listing has an extra zero at the end.

I've been begging for this for a while and now that it's installed, we ask ourselves, why we waited. Great quality product. Any body that comes to our house gets a full demonstration. They're all impressed and want one of their own. Can't say enough...our attic is now safe to use for storage!
