No bushings included
Great fit, had already purchased energy suspension bushings for rear so it worked out fine, zirc threads on one shackle were junk from the get go, I’ll have to drill and tap for a new zirc but otherwise these are beefy, will update after beating them

1.25” rear lift for Jeep XJ
[Attached photo is just shy of 1.5” over stock height, and tires are 30x9.5x15 KO2]Ordered these a while ago and finally got around to installing them today, along with adding 1.25” spacers in the front. Goal was to slightly lift my stock 2001 XJ to sit how I think they should have come from the factory - basically like the “upcountry” package that was 1” higher. Also wanted a little more clearance for 30” tires. I have healthy rear leaf springs, so my rear ended was not sagging beforehand. Since I had a little rake (which I like), I bought these expecting to get 1” (since they are 2” longer than stock shackles) and the 1.25” spacers would slightly level out the front, which I was okay with. I was pleasantly surprised to find that these actually added exactly 1.25” in the rear, keeping my slight stock rake. Shackle angle is still the same. Installation was easy - luckily all bolts came out easy, as I had done the leaf springs w/ new bolts just a couple years ago. So, for anyone wondering, these should raise your XJ rear about 1.25” if your stock springs are in good shape and NOT sagging. Not sure if it would be the same with worn out springs, but it’s a way better idea to replace your old springs instead of trying to make up for it with longer shackles. Also - I had no issues with the zerk fitting threading into the hole, as some others have written about. Just be careful to thread them in/out a couple times before final installation, and it should be fine, unless they really got a lot of paint in there.Other than those things, these seem like great, beefy shackles.

R.E. needs better Q.C.
Seems high quality, but loses a star because this is the second pair of Rubicon Express shackles that I have held in my hand and the second pair that I have seen where the tapped hole for the zerk fitting was not masked off during the finishing process, making it impossible to thread the zerk fitting without retapping the threads. I chose to run without the zerk fittings because there's nowhere to buy a tap within an hour drive of me and I needed my XJ reassembled that day.

Good product might have to tap a hole.
Great set of shackles. I would give them 5 stars if one of the greasert holes didn't have a spot of welding splatter in it. Retapped the hole and all was good. You would think they would thread the hole after they welded them.

NO BUSHINGS!
Quality seems fair. I wish I would have known that I needed to supply bushings. Not sure it was a fair deal considering I have to go and buy more parts just for shackles...

Five Stars
Worked perfectly with my cut fenders and 4.5" RE coils, lift looks even as can be

Beefy shackles
Haven't installed them yet but they are solid. These will be a significant improvement over the worn stock shackles. Rubicon express trail gear has done well for me in the past.

Description said it sells as a pair, but only received one shackle with bushings, but no zirc fitting either. Will update if it is made right
