Have found these very helpful and easy to transfer from shoe to shoe.

They are exactly as described, and do the job.

Bought two sizes x2. = 4 m. x 1 = 2m disappointed when could not return 1of 4m as unopened other 4m was unused but opened so excited that payment also 2m as right size but 3 payments total expensive for on 1 suitable item I thought all goods could be returned if unused it some times dose not give enough details on product’s

It is only the correct hight at the end. It would be better, more comfortable if the hight was maintained for say 4cm before the slope down and the slope about 1cm longer.

Bought 3 of these for different shoes and found they are comfortable and are staying put in my shoes at the moment. Hopefully they won’t compress too much like some foam ones.

Uncomfortable, & hard. Needs

I was in a motorcycle accident over 40 years ago. as a result my left leg was shorted due to the fracture. I was originally provided an orthotic insert to correct this leg shortening. Fortunately, I can afford more than one pair of shoes, but didn't want to purchase expensive orthotics through the orthopedic surgeon, so I purchased these inserts instead. They work great. I generally, I lift the insole of the shoe and dab a small amount of contact cement and place the insert. The cement keeps the insert in place and the insole covers it so I looks like any other pair of shoes. I have an insert is each pair of shoes. Really thankful I found them.

Item is quite stiff and doesn't mold well to my shoe.
