Due to a knee injury, I’ve had to explore wearing flats (after 3 decades of stilettos). I bought two great pair of flats but my heels were raw and bloody part way through the day - these pads changed everything and now my flats are extremely comfortable!

I bought some new shoes and they are uncomfortable. bought these to help get them to be comfortable. My heels were rubbing with each step. My heel does not slip in and out of the shoe now. They are soft and has some cushioning to make them fit better. You cannot remove them and stick them again. They will not adhere as nicely and might fall off or move. There is 3 pairs in the packages

Due to Neuropathy in my feet and legs, wearing slip one shoes has become a challenge. I have a narrow heel but can't feel when the shoe is positioned correctly. The heel tends to slip and suddenly am walking out of my shoe. I have tried these grip liners in one pair of shoes and they worked well in keeping the heel in place. Since I have only wore them twice for a short time, I may amend my review later.

These liners work well enough, but only if the shoe heels are only slightly loose. Actually, it's more about the shape of the shoe heel relative to the back of your foot, rather than the size. If the base of your Achilles tendon is narrow, causing your heel to slide up and down in a shoe that otherwise fits, then the grips should work, but if this is not the case and the shoe is a half size or more too big, you might be disappointed.

They haven't peeled off in about a month now. I forgot I even put these in. I bought them to patch the heels of my shoes that had gotten holes, exposing a hard plastic form which grates my heels. Duct tape worked for a while, but started to peel off. I'm hoping these last longer, but so far so good!
