I was hoping for a more stronger orange flavor but the flavor is rather muted… even at 2 scoops per serving, it’s not sweet orange at all. Regarding the ingredient profile, it’s half good and half meh. The good parts are the beta alanine, Citrulline Malate, taurine, caffeine and creatine dosages, but beyond that, the other items just don’t add any major benefit. I do like that bioperine is there for absorption but the theanine is pretty high with the caffeine ratio. The workouts with the supplement have been ok. Nothing really amazing but I don’t think i would recommend it for the price since other products can be found found that have a better label, for just a tad more in price. Overall, this product doesn’t really stand out in my opinion - just average

The instructions did say to take an hour before so make sure to schedule that properly if you’re someone that has their life together. When this arrived this did have plastic wrapped around the lid. I thought it looked a tiny bit powdery but such is life sometimes with something like this. Well the seal wasn’t sealed properly. The product still works well and it did have the plastic seal so I don’t mind but I know this could be a concern to some. I did take pictures to better explain the situation.

Decent boost of energy after consuming. No noticeable crash. The taste is tolerable at first but quickly becomes fairly intolerable. I just end up chugging whatever's left after a few gulps. I might try less water or maybe even orange juice.

Solid pre-workout mix. Mine wasn’t exposed to moisture like some of the other reviews. It’s not the strongest preworkout I’ve ever taken but it does a good job without making me jittery. Not a huge fan of the orange but it’ll do for now. Would be nice to compare the flavors at some point.

I had the chance to try a sample of this product at the recent Arnold Classic. I was really pleased with not only the flavor but the results in the gym. Both attempts to purchase this product from Amazon i recived it and the powder was moisture wicked and was solid as a rock. I recommend this product just don't waste your time getting it from Amazon.

Funny, not sure why cap had a hole underneath and the wrap on top had a corresponding bump! Lol!The orange flavor was light, not overpowering but I do put on scoop in 24oz . Recommended is 2 scoops in 10-12oz. I walk for 5 miles on the treadmill so I drink it as I go in the beginning.With this dosage, there weren’t jitters as with some drinks at this dosage. Just a little boost! I’m sure the more you use the MORE effects you will notice.A lot of these drinks have a weird taste and leave stuff in your cup or are gritty… this one isn’t like that. I’d buy again!

I like a pre-workout that contains creatine, caffeine, and beta-alanine. These are the essentials in my book, and this formula contains all of them.It also contains other ingredients I really like in my pre-workout formulas, like arginine AKG (I take this for anti-aging reasons), citrulline, and betaine. The latter two can help with muscle energy and also are just good for you for other reasons.The inclusion of taurine is nice. It's a powerful nutrient and I add it to all my post-workout formulas.Overall, this is a great formula with a lot of ingredients I look for in a pre-workout. The taste is decent. I am not picky at all when consuming pre-workouts, so I'm not hard to please.

I used this preworkout this morning before the gym (instead of my coffee) and was pleasantly surprised at the taste....it was a nice orange flavor, which I felt was fitting for the morning wakeup time. It didn't make my face tingle or anything and seemed to give me energy. I would say it was a good product - I recommend :)
