Is this item easy to use? How big is it? How long would it take to spiralise courgette for a family of 3?

Hi, Its is little compact an extremely easy to use! I love it! Best ever. It would take 5 min or so. It’s sharp and fast. I highly recommend;)

Can this spiralize sweet potato and/or butternut squash ?

Sweet potatoes are able to be spiralised, however I haven’t attempted a butternut squash..? You may have to peel first and make smaller to fit into the mechanism..? Hope this helps

Can this be used as a vege sheeter?

If you mean can the machine be used to create ribbons…., yes it can .. it has a normal flat blade to alllw this function … you just don’t add any spiralising blades..👍🏼
