Are these good for summer hiking, or do they get very hot?

Mine do not get hot. They are very comfortable.

Do these feel heavy on your feet?

Not at all. I feel that this is one of the lightest hiking boots.

Are they good in cooler conditions, like -8,-10 c

I have not had the opportunity to wear them in cold weather yet, but the material and construction would lead me to believe they are good and warm in colder conditions.
