It’s a very nice set just too big
I ordered size 7-9 and I measured the length 15 it was supposed to be 13.5 leg guards were 14 not 11.5 I’m sure they sent me 9-12 not 7-9. And I can’t find a phone number to call and I bought this for a birthday present so by the time I send it back and get another one it probably won’t come in time

Shin Straps
Had to do some rerouting of shin straps and tying them off. Material doesn’t stay cinched tight.

Pretty good gear, helmet started falling apart after about 6 games, but they sent us a new one right away when I contacted them about it.

Quality sit but runs big
Quality catchers set, was just humongous on my 10yr old. Will probably fit him in another year or 2.

DO NOT PURCHASE for smaller players!
My son is 7. The chest protector is so thick that it presses against the mask so that he cannot turn his head. The mask back comes unsnapped easily and the coach has to re-snap 2-3 times per inning. The mask back easily gets stuck under the helmet when putting on. It is painful to watch my son struggle with the thing every inning. It’s probably fine for older kid’s strong enough to snap the back themselves and pull forward on the mask to get it un-stuck. We now only use the shin guards. No issues with those

Excellent Quality
Our 9 yr old granddaughter who is petite loves this catchers gear set. It's comfortable, doesn't restrict movement, easily to adjust to fit, sufficient padding on chest guard and shoulder pad, leg guards are a tad long but very do-able, Neck guard is perfect, helmet with back guard cap all adjusted to perfect size. Very Sturdy. Top notch material.Helmet is easily to remove, when needed, to hustle on getting the ball... but not have movement during catching.Very Excellent Quality, coming from a long line of family baseball players... we have gone through a few Expensive gears.It's difficult finding quality gear at such a great price. This set is a Great Find! Trust, once we received the set. It went through our son's approval (who played catcher growing up) our approval (me as a catcher growing up/the papa who was a pitcher growing up) and Our 14 year old grandson (who has been playing a catcher too for a few years). It passed the test for sure.Was we skeptical on ordering something like this online, yes. But so glad we did!Gear bag included is also Excellent Quality and has space not only for the gear, but also batting helmet and 2 gloves, even the cleats fit...
