I’m very happy with this Portwest Hi Vis Rain Jacket. The quality is excellent, especially for the price. It’s lightweight yet completely waterproof, keeping me dry even in heavy rain. Decent effective jacket
I bought a size larger to fit a fleece underneath and it fits nicely, lightweight but feels of good quality. Keeps off the wind and rain effectively as I ride my moped. Big pockets, elasticated wrists and I haven't tried the folded hood yet. Overall I'm happy with this jacket, hopefully it'll last the test of time. Nice for the price.

Good quality
This keeps me dry from the outside but gets you so wet on the inside because it makes you very warm. There are vents in it but they don't do much. Both the price and quality were good.
