Don’t Waste Your Money – Poor Quality Actuator I purchased the LCWRGS 604-970 HVAC Blend Door Actuator, and I am extremely disappointed. It only worked for about a month before it started making extremely loud noises. For the short time it functioned, it seemed fine, but the lack of durability makes this product completely unreliable. I would not recommend this actuator to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and invest in a better-quality part. This one is nothing but a waste of money.

Item works, has fitment issue
Bought this for a 2004 Nissan titan to replace Hot to cold actuator located under dashboard on the passenger side. Doesn't perfectly fit, had to make a slight modification by on the bracket that holds this actuator. Otherwise works fine, just a bit of a nuisance.

So far so good - 2008 Nissan Armada
Easy to replace. Night and day difference. No more rear clicking noise. We'll see how long it lasts come summer. For the price though. 2-3 yrs would be decent.

listed as replacement for Armada / Titan blend, doesnt fit
this is listed as a suitable replacement for the 27743-ZP00A which sits at the bottom of the passenger footwell. while the holes, spline are all correct, the over all shape of the body is too large to fit in the plastic frame. you could cut and Dremel the frame to make it fit, but this could introduce slack around the motor leading to noise and premature failure. headed to dealer now and 2 hours wasted on a 30 min job.

No issues... other than its a dog of a job to replace this part.... no room.to work or see... just glad it works fine

The unit does not sit flush where the original equipment would and the motor will not calibrate for the correct settings, continually clicking.
