I noticed when taking these consistently I have more energy for the day and they keep you regular in the bathroom.

Could have been better.
I've gone through most of the bottle of these and while I do think I have more energy when I take them, i don't think it's enough to warrant continuing. These capsules are easy to swallow and don't have a strong odor that makes me not want to take them or anything like that, so they're easy to incorporate into my morning vitamin routine. Three can get daunting some days, I will say that. I just take them with morning coffee and collagen powder and get going. These may work better for other people who are not on other medications or supplements, or maybe I would do better with a different blend or variety. I've done well with a couple of different types of lion's mane so I'm not ready to give up on this one. Three stars.
