The parallels between running and our spiritual lives seems boundless. Corinne's ability to weave these together is well done. This is a great guide for those whose want to disciple by doing. We are starting a group that will be at all levels of physical and spiritual fitness. I am excited to be a part of what God is doing through this creative discipleship approach.

Great book so far! I joined a running study group .We work out once a week and do lessons in the book.Loving it so far!

Amazing book!
This book is so much more than just a running guideline book with some Bible analogies thrown in. It really is in depth on both! I am so glad I found it, it's helped my 'walk' as well as my run. I am looking forward to sharing this with a group.

it is an interesting and good way to integrate the scripture into your training
It was not exactly what I expected because the workouts are for a half marathon and I want to do a 5K. However, it is an interesting and good way to integrate the scripture into your training!

A great guide for Spiritual and Physical fitness for beginners - well written and the schedule builds up nicely to be able to run your first 10K or 1/2 Marathon. I am excited for this journey!

I just finished week 5. I love the mix of spiritual advice and practical running advice that the author offers. She has a great running schedule for a half marathon, plus alternate schedules for walk/run and 10k training.
