I think it is due to the zipline being plastic, as this causes a bit of a struggle to pull up. (you can still zip and unzip without the metal zipper pull, just a pain, not easy).- I still have not been able to pop the zipper back on. (see my photo), Still looks fine.- Another negative (perhaps for some), is that the "Deep Gray" is much darker than the photos listed. (See my uploaded photos). I actually LIKE it better!! So that is a PLUS for me. The strings are extremely long. But, I don't want to cut them, as it may look odd.Positives: It is NOT thin at all. And not too thick. It is VERY comfortable. It is made in Korea and it is 80% cotton and 20% polyester. The material is soft and comfortable. My measurements: 42 inch chest, 31 inch waist, 5ft. 8 in. tall. Most reviews do not list measurements, which makes them useless. Height and weight alone do not provide enough info to gauge whether something will fit to someone's liking. I wear this vest at the gym, it is form fitting and works with my measurements.
