Something about how thick and the sealant used that makes this cream amazing. I feel so bad when my baby gets a rash and I'm out of this stuff. He had a rash for a week while I literally applied all the other creams (BUTT PASTE, DESITIN, SENSITIVE BUTT PASTE, ETC) and I felt like it was getting worse! I finally got some triple paste and not even a day went by and that rash was GONE! He went from cracked, bleeding, awful rash (and I change diapers religiously) where he was shaking when I had to change him and it broke my heart. It's a moisture barrier cream, so it will inhibit the absorbency of your cloth diapers. **Q: So is this actually 16oz or no? I'm seeing conflicting reviews about it being less.** A: It's 16oz (454g).
