This Samsung S10 waterproof case is perfect for my lifestyle. Living on the lake I have to worry more about it falling in the water rather than dropping it on hard surfaces. The durability of this case is actually surprisingly good with the exception of if it fell on a rugged surface such as rocks, I dont think it would hold up considering the front and back are only a thin plastic layer, but itll keep your phone dry and provide drop protection to the "normal life". Have took this phone case for a snorkeling trip which protect the phone in the whole process underwater, amazing! Sound for this case such as watching youtube for example is pretty good. Sound through the phone for calls sounds fine to me, and not much change. I also haven't heard other people say I've been hard to hear, but then again I haven't exactly asked. One last thing I'd like to include that the vendor upgrade the case screen protector, there's a small dot area on the screen to unlock the screen by ultronsonic fingerprint reader, I learned previously this case does not support this, anyway this is an good improvement.... Overall i think its a great product and I do recommend!

Most the time when I had a "waterproof phone case" they were never fully waterproof and ended up messing up my phone. But this on the other had has been a life saver. It works extremely well and isnt super bulky. Needless to say the water proof factor works because I dropped my phone in the pool by accident and after I got it out, it was completely fine, no water leaks or anything, it was completely dry! The only thing I would say I'm not too impressed with is the biometrics scanner feature, it doesnt really work too well and if you have already put your finger print in, you'd have to redo it or add another fingerprint with the case on (and even then it doesnt work too well) but other than that but I give it a 10/10 rating. Amazing phone case for those out and about and it wet places

Dont normally write reviews but here are my unbiased findings after installing in Sept 2019: * performs as advertised once installed correctly. * water resistance is excellent once port covers are in place. Used in pool and sea with 0 leakage. * lanyard is a big plus for safeguarding from falls (when taking pics with 1 hand for example). * lanyard doubles as a security device as it can be looped around the pant loop directly over pocket and then the phone dropped in pocket. making it 10x harder to pick pocket. Great for in crowds. * fingerprint reader will not work if screen protector is not removed. Utilize face detection/swipe/pin combo instead. * phone has fallen on its side and sustained no damage whatsoever. * charge port is narrow and will not accommodate some chunky USB C cables or OTG adapters. * no hesitation to wash phone now in order to sanitize as a covid 19 precaution. * when using flash the clear plastic of the case catches the light and spoils the night shots (with flash only). * case is only now starting to show signs of aging with the black sections becoming brittle and the rubber ports failing to stay attached. * For the price though.....you cant go wrong. in the time I will have this phone, I may need to buy 2 maybe 3 cases (that's around $60). Still less than more expensive cases but I would have renewed it 2 or 3 times so I'm sure the water seals, case integrity is like new through the life of the device so even that is a plus. Here to buy the second case. :) Note that I work in an industrial setting and MTB after work. This case has been the only one installed since Sept 2019.

I don't write many reviews, but I will say something about this case. I haven't taken it out to swim yet, however I submerged it in water for a while and the phone didn't get wet. I even took it into the shower, not wetness inside! The cover fits S10 perfectly. All the holes and buttons are in the correct place. I have no problem with touch sensitivity, hearing people, people hearing me. This is relatively easy to install, you just have to make sure all sides are completely sealed together and the holes for plugs are sealed tightly. My charger that came with my phone (Galaxy S10) plugs in easily. I was a little hesitant on getting this waterproof phone cover, but I'm happily surprised how well it works! One last thing I would like to say is that this case is really support wireless charging with case on, My S10 charging quickly with the charging pad and the case does not influence it. Overall i think its a great product and I do recommend!

This case was horrible & cheap to the touch. It had my phone locked with a sim card error going down my screen each time I put this case on my phone. This left my phone with error messages & phone restarting the first few times I tried the case. Not only that I could not listen 2 my music in my car with the aux cord. I had to remove the case. I showed my co-workers what the case was doing the last time I put the case on & my phone was locked for over 1 hour until I got home to find a sim card key to remove the sim card and put the sim card back in for my phone to reset so I could use it again. I have never been so unhappy with a product in my life & of such cheap quality.

If you don't want to read my lengthy review, you can scroll to the last paragraph for a quick summary. Otherwise, read on for details, please! First off-the good: this is a completely encasing unit. Your phone will fit snugly and securely inside. I have had two significant "drops" of 3-4 feet onto solid surfaces with no issues at all-phone was not hurt. The USB-c jack port is so tightly sealed that it takes some effort to open it for charging. In fact, I sometimes worry that I am going to rip the pull tab off when opening. So, while I have not tried submerging it, I have no doubt the case is watertight. It looks great on the Samsung S10. Fits perfectly, and both sides are clear so you can see your phone inside, if it is colored and you like the way it looks. The bad: the fingerprint reader, even after resetting the reader after installation of the case, will NOT read your finger print. The case's circle containing adhesive which is designed to allow for fingerprint reading is obvious on your screen while viewing also. Not a huge deal, but you know it's there. I changed to facial ID- works intermittently, depending on lighting and angle. (Admittedly, this could be more of a Samsung issue, but I think the gap in the screen cover is partially to blame.) Which brings me to my BIGGEST complaint about this case. The integrated screen protector has a small air space/gap between it and the actual phone screen. This causes issues while texting, primarily. While typing, random letters, numbers, symbols, whatever happens to feel pressure from your typing, will appear in your message. I had to adjust screen sensitivity so that it would read my touch inputs after installing the case, but there is no way to adjust the sensitivity levels-only on or off (poor design, Samsung) so that is probably why the random ghost letters are put into my messages. At any rate, that is HUGE deal for me, as my primary mode of communication is via text. Lastly, it does sometimes cause for blurry or distorted images from the front camera (the one for selfies). I have to retake some, which is a pain sometimes. This has not happened every time I take a picture, but it has happened, so I felt it should be mentioned. For the record, I have not had any issues with the regular camera and its photos. SO, TO SUMMARIZE: this is a sturdy, tightly sealed case that can take a drop, and probably a submersion. You will have to use your pattern to unlock your phone most of the time because the screen protector interferes with fingerprint and facial recognition. It also requires you to use the sensitivity setting on your phone or else it will not read your touches. But then it will sometimes add letters, etc to your messages. The screen interferences are my reason for only 3 stars. The seller was on time and as promised. Decent value for the price, but realize you will be sacrificing some function for cost savings.

I don't usually write reviews, but I have to on this. I bought this quite a long time ago and it has been just a great little phone case, until it became the superhero of phone cases. About a week ago I couldn't find my phone so I asked one of my kids to call it. I heard it ringing from my laundry room but couldn't find it. That's when I saw a light coming from my washer. MY PHONE WAS GOING THROUGH THE SPIN CYCLE! I just knew I had to go buy a new phone, but that was not the case. My phone was completely dry, this case saved my phone so when I tell you RUN don't walk to grab one of these up, I'm not lying. Best purchase ever, and very affordable!!

This is the second time I am buying this case. I absolutely adore it. My last one lasted a little less then a year but that was because of my work conditions scratching it to hell and back. That tells you how durable this case is. This new seems to have been beefed up a little bit more then the last. The camera is actually raised up so its not laying flat,, and instead of plastic over the flash there is now a hard cover over it which is fantastic because once that old plastic got dirty. Well it got dirty. The corners as well are also newly raised bringing added protection from front screen falls. I did rate the finger print as a 1 star because I dont use it so I do pick it out of the case, which is not hard to do. It came with several replacements so if I ever want to start I can. This case is truly top notch and has protected my phone in the absolute worse conditions from falls, we all know the dreaded front screen fall, to literally been tossed by accident into a puddle, to me losing it in snow for an hour. I would and will recommend this case to anyone. Its fantastic and truly protects your phone.

This case is what it states in the description. It is waterproof, handles drops, and has no problem with typing or using the fingerprint security feature. The screen protector is scratch-resistant, still looks new, and I work in the trade industry and have my phone with me, and it's been through some rough times. I definitely would purchase it again when I change phones.

Product fit well and was a good value for the money spent, delivery time was good.

I do like this product and it feels very air tight. My two downfalls are: 1) there is no real back protection, the back of the phone only has a thin clear plastic covering, no silicon or rubber padding. So, if the phone hits a rock, DONE! The finger protector was not clearly identified, so I peeled off the small round protector thinking it was there by mistake and I ruined the small gel circle that was used for the finger print area. Ya, my bad. But, by the time I figured that out, too late. Now I can not use it. Overall good product. Just not as protective as the "360 degree" coverage as it states.
