Love this vanilla/lavender scented spray for pillows and sheets.

The pleasant fragrance of lavender and vanilla helps to ease you into a restful sleep.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am overall very happy with this linen spray. Some of the reviews mentioned a baby powder smell that they didn’t appreciate, and I have found that upon spraying that smell is prevalent- but it dissipates quickly, leaving behind the lavender and vanilla scent. I also found that this lasts a long time- often I only use it every other night or so. My only complaint is that it did leave stains on my darker satin pillowcases, but that is always a risk with these things and I didn’t test first. It is fine on all my lighter colored linens. Did it help me sleep better? I don’t know, but I do know that it was a pleasant aroma to enjoy while going to sleep.

I bought this as a gift for my good friend, who has lung cancer. She has been having a hard time sleeping lately, which isn't helping with her recovery, mental or physical health. Since she received this, she sprays some on her pillow & it has been helping her to sleep better. I don't know if this is or smells the same as the bottle I bought from the bath & Body Works a while ago, but my friend loves the smell and has been sleeping better with it. That's all I could ask for. AND it arrived earlier than expected!

My husband thinks the scent is nice, I think it could be better. My main issue is the scent is not long lasting. I sprayed it on my pillow at night and by morning the scent was gone. It just seems too expensive if you have to keep applying it that often.

Purchased this pillow spray to help with tossing and turning caused by anxiety. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the product. The scent is pleasant and calming, but not overbearing. It doesn't last all night, but it lasts long enough for me to enjoy it while I'm falling asleep. Typically I spray my pillow generously before I get in bed to read at night, which gives me some time to relax and enjoy the calming smell while also winding down my brain. I also like to use the cream version of this scent right before I go to sleep, moisturizing my hands and taking a few slow, deep breaths. This product is affordable at < $10 a bottle but still lasts a long time. I used a single bottle for around 2 years before having to purchase a replacement. If you are having trouble sleeping, I would recommend using this product as part of a bedtime routine. Lots of research shows that having a routine helps people to fall asleep and stay asleep, particularly one that eliminates screen time of any sort within 1 hour of bedtime.
