Good affordable product
I used it for a long haul flight (LOL), and it worked like a charm (together with a headband/eye cover to strap around the seat). The head is strapped around the seat which doesn’t sound good, but it makes the trip much more comfy. I got this one because it was super cheap compared to others.

hold your head up high
I don't need it for medical reasons but want to use it for sleeping on a plane. This will be the second one I've tried, the previous being not firm enough. The height adjustment is much appreciated and it seems like it will really do the job. It arrived well ahead of schedule but whoever packed it folded it the wrong way. Fortunately weighing it down for a day unbent it.
