Great Customer Service
The unit arrived very damaged during shipping. I contacted Koolmore requesting a parts list and assembly instructions so I know what I need WOW! What a surprise when I went to work today and saw the new unit. It seems to be in perfect condition and will test it over the weekend. I can now see why there were no assembly instructions and parts list, it came assembled! There is no way I could have figured out how to put that together. Anyway, sending this out in the middle of a snow storm really says something about the people at Koolmore. It is with great appreciation I write this note. And the display warmer works as advertised. Aloha.

Cute deli warmer
I gave it four stars because it is difficult to clean with the two small doors, maybe make one with one large door instead.

It's functional, compact and keep food warm all day. Just kind of small for two shelves. I was expecting it more roome inside. Other than that, works well.

The balance on this isn’t equal. The doors require much strength to open and close. It’s alright. Displays the items nicely, but other than that it’s just fine.
