Capsules are small and easy to swallow. There is no taste to them. No noticeable after side effects of taking them. They seem to be working after starting second bottle. Hair seems thicker and small new hairs seem to be emerging.

I'm always disappointed when I go to a drug store to buy biotin supplements for hair and nails. The prices are outrageous. This company has come up with a product that won't break the bank. My husband and I have been taking the pills for several weeks now and hair growth has been amazing. I have extremely brittle nails and I realize it will take a while for me to see progress with them. However, initally I am super pleased with this product. While the pills are large (the size of a standard multivitamin), they are a capsule. So, super easy to take. Thanks for the great product. I'll return with a follow up concerning nail growth and strength.

This has been the best supplement I've found for hair growth. The medication I was taking for a while made my hair fall out. I started taking Boost and within about 3 months I noticed alot of new hair coming in. I've been using Boost almost a year now and my hair is the thickest it's ever been.
