Is there a way to thin out Vanicream?

They make a vanicream lite lotion that is the same formula, but is a lotion instead of a thick cream. You should use that if the cream is too thick.

Can I use it on toddler ?

I used it on my 4 month old, only cream that worked! He's now 2 and as long as I keep on it everyday, works like a charm, no more eczema!

Is this for the face?

Not specifically, but I do use it on my face and my son's face from time to time. It's a little thick so I don't use it on my face everyday.
