I just received a new hiboy s2 pro but it won’t turn on. when i plug the battery in, the indicator light is green. what’s going on here?

I just received the hiiboy s2 pro. Did you hold the button in for 5 seconds to turn it on. Green means the battery is charged. Do the lights turn on. Try downloading the hiiboy s2 app. You sure u didnt unplug the wire when you pushed in the wires for the handle bars, it unplugs easy?

My s2r won't turn on. i rode for the first time yesterday and it was fine. today it won't turn on and charging cable is green. what could it be?

Perhaps it needs to be charged. Try charging for about 6 hours.
