Arrived in a box that was damaged. No instructions except fir a piece of paper that said manual. Parts missing I think. Since no directions, I couldn’t be sure.

Very pleased so far. Very easy to put together and use. Comes with extra replacement parts.

Works well on thin aluminum but doesn’t work very well on steel dog tags

Item received was not as pictured or described, listing saysbketters 2 to 6 mm, only one size provided. Also what was included did not match picture.
