I would have given them a five star review, if they were not matte. I’m using these pens for art journaling and on my canvases. They blend out really nicely when you add water to them. They have a nice broad tip, and the pen itself is a frosted plastic so you can see how much paint is in them as you use them up. I think they would work very well for rock painting and other crafts, especially if you don’t need them to be glossy. I will probably also use them for my elementary students, for various art projects.
