It was easy to put together and comfortable enough for our use (probably not what I would want for lounging in my living room). The product did come with a broken bun foot BUT the Amazon customer service (via chat) was super helpful and instead of having to return the whole couch we worked out a discount price that allowed me to order new bun feet and replace them. The wood feels really light and like it'll break if you sit too hard. Also the wheels that guide the trundle and made from plastic that must easily break because mine arrived broken. And who ever pre drilled the holes for assembly missed their mark a few times and just forget a few others. When you sit on it it's really firm. I would compare it to those gym mats used in school. Had this been more study and had some extra cushion this could be a great product.
