I bought these and ones that have the more cone shape. I by far like these ones best!! They are soft, comfortable, and don't show through my nursing bras or my clothes. They are what I would say medium absorbency but with that said I leak A LOT! I am sure more than most. These do hold a lot of liquid but after some nights I wake up and they are soaked and my nursing bra and shirt are wet. Again, this is not a downfall of the breast pad but I do leak a lot and it is nicer to change these when needed than wear the big clunky ones or the paper ones. They are fun colored/patterned. Large and easy to place, haven’t leaked through them yet, super soft on nipples. I do feel like they slip and move a little but I mean your messing with them a lot so not much you can do. Comes with a cute little bag to put them in so they don’t get lost.My baby is 4 months now and i still love these, you can see a circle in your bra through your shirt but it might just be my nursing bra but i don’t even care because i was rather have a circle that wet spots and they work great now that i have learned more mine don’t move as much and they work so well.
