When it is fart up, it is 38” tall and 24” wide.

More like the balls used in miniature golf.. The balls are not hollow. They are solid and are securely attached into the balls. I can tell you that this is a quality ladder ball set. My family and friends have enjoyed many hours of game time with it. Our 6 year old loves this game. Easy to assemble and take apart. Carrying case is very durable and easy to pack up when it’s time to put away. Well worth the price!!
