I do like this ! I lost allot of weight a few years ago when I didn't have a treadmill I was in my living room I used my footstool lol it worked but kept wiggling around and I now and again I fell lol so I bought one of these but over a house move I lost it ! This one is of good quality and perfect height! Comes with little rubber coated weights too if you want them. I use my own heavier ones during the workout but I will use these. It doesn't make any plastic noises when I step up and down so that's a plus as I was worried about that. I use this when my kids are in bed and I can't use the treadmill so I need it to be discrete! You can take the bottom black very off and tuck them under to make it shorter or store it away but I won't use that function I like the fully built height it's perfect it made me sweat! Nice workout if you want toned leg and bum while burning calories! I use weights in my hands and hold them in different places that male my stomach muscles work harder and keep switching them up now and again!

Good value step, just a bit short. It's light and easy to manage, easily stored away under a desk (makes a decent foot-rest too). It's composed of three interlocking parts, 1 top part and two sets of risers. I found I could have used a third set of risers on there to raise it up a bit but no one seems to sell the individual risers to give you that option. You'd need to purchase another complete step.Overall though, a good little step and the free weights are a nice, quality addition. Would recommend if you're looking for a convenient exercise option for the house.

I brought this to help with my general fitness as I've recently been dieting and wanted to add more exercise into the mix. I was a bit skeptical at first as being a bigger person I wasn't sure if it would be able to handle my weight and worried that it would break after a few uses. Thankfully this hasn't been the case and it's proved to be both very sturdy and a great way to burn some extra calories. It arrived very quickly, was easy to put together and fits perfectly under my TV stand when tidied away. Couldn't be happier with it really, fantastic item for the price.

Purchased this from my phone and didn't get to take a closer look but bought it as it was affordable. Very good product for a very good price. 2 leg attachments either side to adjust the height. I have always used both to get the maximum height which isn't very high anyway. The grip is amazing, I use mine on floorboards most of the time and it doesn't really budge even when I jump on it. Only small niggle is that there is a minor imbalance in the product so it gives a slight wobble at times.

Very simple and straightforward, quickly assembled and all too quickly forgotten - the only trouble with kit like this is that it requires motivation, and I find it hard to maintain this for more than a week at a time. But I have used this to vary my at home exercise, and it seems stable and reliable. It really needs to nag me as well, but I can't blame the device for that.

This step is very good and is just the job for me as a beginner. It only has two heights to choose from (4 - 6ins), other people may prefer three. It is very easy to change the height and to store away. It seems sturdy and robust. I have only one annoyance with it, and this is probably just me, but when using it, it makes a creaking sound as you step up onto it! I guess this is the nature of plastic and is a small price to pay for what is a good little aerobic step.

I was very disappointed when this arrived I had ordered it express delivery it did come on time but I had to send it back the feet extensions would not fit at all. I had read other reviews were people had said the same thing but thought the firm would have taken notice and rectified the problemI would not recommend this to anyone in case they had the same dissappointment it's about time the firm put the problem right.

My mom had the full sized Reebok Step when I was a teen and I knew this wouldn't compare to that, but at the same time I really didn't have any room for something that sized (I used to call it the 'surf board'!) and needed something that tucked away in my small, already cluttered, city apartment. This fits the bill nicely, gives a great workout, not slippery on my laminate flooring (although attaching the feet does make it more stable). My only gripe if i'm picky, and this was something I knew beforehand from the photo, is that it doesn't have a third level to progress too.
