The shower head is great. The pressure is good and the different settings are great. I installed it in a large walk in shower as the shower head to service the bench area where my wife shaves her legs. It works great for that and the Venitian Bronze finish matches all of the rest of the fixtures in the shower. I deducted one star for the price which is very high for a shower head. However the quality is good.

Great unit (I have another one in the house) except for the fact that it arrived broken and since I opened it after the 30 day window because my remodel wasn't far enough along for installation, I am screwed because now I cannot exchange it. The rubber piece on the wand is held on by plastic clips and one is broken so it will not stay on. Disappointed in a 30 day exchange window - real customer service isn't limited to 30 days. Buy it from Delta directly (not Amazon) for better service.

I use this mainly to clean the shower. It works great. It's a Delta so it's guaranteed. I use it with the Delta fauects.

The water pressure for this handheld is pretty terrible. Also, the hose leaks. I had it installed by a professional plumber as well and he was even disappointed. I expected a quality product from such a reputable brand for the price I paid.
