The elements deck is wonderful for building the periodic table (in its many manifestations). But this deck is practically useless in the classroom. Because the cards aren't numbered, they can't be used by children independently.It is handy if you are doing some kind of lesson where you need illustrations of the planets, especially if you are out on the playground showing the distance between them to scale. But I ended up sorting my deck into lots of tiny little boxes, one for each planet, so that I could actually find the cards I needed when I was teaching them. What a waste of time. It would have taken them no time at all to number the cards... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cards really need to be numbered *by K***A on Reviewed in the United States on December 29, 2019* This is perfect for my son who loves space but is constantly on the go so books aren't always the best option. He can take one out, look at it, talk about it and get back to what he was doing which was exactly the idea. I left off a star because the cards are already completely and hopelessly out of order because they're not numbered! In fact, that was one of the first things my son mentioned after he opened it on Christmas.
