It works but the taste takes some getting use to at first I was like awww hell nah now I just take it in a shot glass followed a few orange slices

I buy this exact same product every month from simply wholesome health food store and I love it however, this time I decided to order it online from cart & card through Amazon ( my first time ordering from them)I am quite disappointed because the product seems very diluted in comparison to the one I always buy.I was wondering why it was nearly half the price of what I usually pay and now I know there’s a big difference it tastes like it’s half water.Not sure how the exact same product could be so different. It’s not bitter at all.I was a little hesitant to purchase it online after reading some of the reviews but I decided to try it anyway.Essential Palace organic mornings detox bitters is my favorite except because it’s not the same taste I will go back to the my usual store instead since they have the real deal and it’s consistent.

This is my 3rd bottle and it is the worst one. It tastes weak and doesn’t have the same effect as the first bottle I purchased. Why does every bottle taste different!?

I have been purchasing moringa bitters for years so I know how the packaging, taste, consistency, and smell is supposed to be. First of all it used to come in a box and have a seal at the top of the bottle that you have to break to open the bottle. This product has been taken out of the box the seal has been broken and it just had to live on the bottle. Another thing is the solution inside. Normally the solution is a little thicker and very dark you cannot see through it and has a lot of sediment throughout. That's why the bottle says to shake well. The solution of this product was transparent you can see through it easily and there was not a lot of sediment if any at all. Moringa bitters also usually has a bitter herbal smell to it. This product smells like the feces of multiple people, like an outhouse. It had a very septic smell. So not only did somebody open the package, pour out like 50% of the solution and then water down the product to hide the fact that they have stolen half of it, but they had the nerve and audacity to allow it to age after it made contact with the air, (because they were too lazy to see it back properly) so it spoiled. To top it off when I try to return it, it was ineligible to be returned. Now I'm as hot as fish grease. I understand why they would not want the product to be returned because it's trash and they figure my trash can is just as good as their trash can so I might as well throw away. So bottom line I paid good money for a product and I received trash that now I have to throw away, I want my damn money back. I want my money back! I want my money back!
